Problems logging in?
If you are unable to log in to your Ruby Energy customer portal, the following suggestions may be able to help you:
- Now that we're Ruby Energy, we have a new email address. Please make sure you trust any email from 'rubyenergy.uk', and keep an eye on your spam folder to stay in touch with us.
- If your password is not working or you've forgotten it, use the Forgotten Password link and follow the instructions so we can email a link for you to choose a new password.
- If you are still experiencing problems, please call us on 0344 5678 427 or Contact Us providing as much information as possible to help us resolve your problem including your account number (if known) and email address.
